William Donnell was born on Nashville, Tennessee and received his education in Murfreesboro. Mr. Donnell is the owner/operator OF Rising Son 3:16 LLC, it is an umbrella company that houses both a construction company and a transportation company. They are both regional companies. Mr. Donnell is a member of the Tennessee Trucking Association and a member of OOIDA. He was named Who’s Who Among America’s High School Students.
