Holbrook, New York- Susan J. Littman M.D. was born in Oak Park, Illinois. She received her B.S. in Biology at Cornell University, an M.S. in Molecular Biology at SUNY Albany, her M.D. at Albany Medical College, and she completed her Residency and Internship at the University of Texas Southwestern, she is also a Fellowship of Duke University.
