Sarah M. Haddock was born in Wilson, North Carolina. She earned an A.A.S. in Physical Therapy at Martin Community College and a B.S. as a Health Fitness Specialist from East Carolina University. She is a Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant at Roanoke Therapy Services Inc., she is a High School Sports Medicine Injury Specialist and focuses on Physical Therapy services-orthopedic, stroke, conditioning and injury rehabilitation. Sarah is a member of the Association of Physical Therapy Specialists. In her free time, she enjoys travel, painting and art.
