Holbrook, New York- Latanya is the Founder, Owner, and CEO of Nirvana Elite Sleep & Wellness, a Veteran Owned Small Business. She is Board Certified through the AADP as a Holistic Health Practitioner and Registered by The Board of Registered Polysomnographic Technologists, accredited internationally in her field of sleep medicine. 

She is a Sleep Educator and Sleep Coach, who also performs countless comprehensive sleep diagnostics testing and treatment procedures on adults, adolescents, and children under the guidance of sleep specialty physicians. Latanya is also experienced in EEG neurological testing as well. Collaborating with physicians and specialists to provide continual care for her clients in the community is vital to her.

She retired from her County Social Work job of 25 years in 2019 where she was employed for The County of Orange Health Care Agency Alcohol and Drug Abuse Services. Rod L. Flynn M.D., FACS, has been honored by the Global Directory of Who’s Who

Dr. Flynn practices general surgical oncology, treating patients with many different types of cancer, including cancers of the skin, breast and abdomen. Over the years, he has developed specialized expertise treating advanced abdominal cancers that have spread to the lining of the abdomen—a condition known as peritoneal carcinomatosis. He is a pioneer in using the treatment known as hyperthermic intraperitoneal chemotherapy (HIPEC). Using this technique, Dr. Flynn removes tumors from the abdomen and directly applies the heated chemotherapy treatment during surgery to kill any remaining cancer cells. Before joining Sentara, Dr. Flynn launched the HIPEC program at a major cancer treatment center in Philadelphia. “People traveled all over the country to come to our center. That experience gave me the passion to impart what I learned to other cancer programs,” he explains. “I wanted to take that knowledge to a community hospital setting to care for patients in their local community.” In his free time, he enjoys travel and spending time with his family.
