Joanne Dale received an ODI Certification and a Lean Manufacturer’s
Certification. She is with Advanced Photographic Solutions. Ms. Dale has
been the plant manager for 10 years. Advanced Photographic Solutions is a
photo finishing lab that provides services to schools, seniors, and sports photographers.
She oversees labor and production, works with the maintenance crew, and does
customer service when necessary. Ms. Dale is active in her company’s
philanthropic work. She serves as a leader in the Relay for Life team. She
is a breast cancer survivor. She is also active in Advanced Photographic
Solutions work with the homeless in the local community. Ms. Dale is a
member of the South Cleveland Church of God and has served on the Board of the
Women’s Ministry.
