Dr. Richard R. Horton earned his M.D. at the University of Nebraska College of Medicine, his Residency was at Albert Einstein College of Medicine, and he completed his Fellowship in Forensic Psychiatry at New York University. He is a VA Medical Director of Inpatient Services at the Veteran’s Administration- Travis AFB. He diagnoses and treats adults and is certified by the American Board of Psychiatry. Dr. Horton has received a Best Teacher Award and was on the Healthgrades Honor Roll.
