Derek S. Kemp, Sr is a graduate of OSHA Training and the Carpenters Apprenticeship Training. He is Superintendent at McBride Homes. He manages and completes neighborhoods, supervises job sites, building 900 homes a year. He owned Kemp Contracting for 11 years. He was in the US Navy and has experience in Composite, Advanced Blueprint and Advanced 6 weapon supervisor training. He was the Lead singer for 20 years in a band called Urban Assault. Derek is a member of the Homebuilders Association. In his free time, he enjoys traveling, woodworking, metal working, volunteering, road tripping, camping, and carpentry.
