Bibi Babalola Psy.D., is the Owner & Managing Director of GEN Global Solutions, a consulting firm based in Texas, with offices in Florida. GEN Global Solutions is a business transformation and organizational change management consulting firm providing services to the public and private sectors. Ms. Babalola provides executive leadership to her clients by helping them lead organizational and culture transformation and change, system training, diversity training, communications, public affairs and media relations.
She is co-author of military publications, “When It Mattered Most” and “War Surgery in Afghanistan and Iraq.”
A Veteran of the United States Army, Ms. Babalola served as a Captain and received several Army Commendation Medals, Army Achievement Medals, Overseas Service Ribbons, Global War on Terrorism Expeditionary Medals and National Defense Service Medals. In her free time, Ms. Babalola serves as a part-time professor at the University of Phoenix and enjoys running marathons and traveling with family.
