Bradley G. Kessler is the President of Kessler Realty Holdings, Rock City Renovations and NEOPMG. The focus of Kessler Realty and NEOPMG is to buy property in dilapidated condition and then renovate them and offer them as turn key properties to investors looking for immediate cash flow. Many of these long term rentals are tenanted by low income and section 8 residents. Rock City Renovations is the construction company that handles the renovations for Kessler Realty and NEOPMG and also offers renovation services to local and foreign investors who already own rental properties in Cleveland, OH. Mr. Kessler is passionate about his work on the Board of Directors at PRYDE. PRYDE is a non-profit organization that helps at-risk youths and recently paroled prisoners by teaching them various trades and helping them to find employment. Bradley has served on the Board of PRYDE for 3 years and is a member of the Free Masons.
