Melissa currently serves at the Director of Home Health with UNC Health in Chapel Hill, NC. She is skilled in U.S. Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA), Healthcare Information Technology (HIT), Revenue Cycle Management (RCM), Transitions of care program development and implementation, Population Health, Home Care, EMR implementations and Healthcare Management. Melissa has served as adjunct faculty in the School of Nursing at UNC, as well as Morehead State University.
