Dr. Souhir Alturk earned her M.D. in Pediatrics at Damascus University Faculty of Medicine in 1986 and started her residency at Medical College of Ohio and completed her residency from Beth Israel Medical Center in 1998, in Manhattan New York. Ronald W. Maestas, a former Dean and Professor at New Mexico Highlands University earned his Ed.D. degree from Arizona State University; his bachelor’s and master’s degree in business was earned at Adams State College and he has completed post-doctoral work at the University of Minnesota and Indiana University in Management Information Systems.
