He received a B.S. at Calvin College, Grands Rapids, Michigan in 3 years, and completed his internship and residency in Internal Medicine at Blodgett and St. Mary’s Hospitals, Grand Rapids, Michigan. In high school he received a National Merit Scholar of Commendation, was captain and MVP of the wrestling team and valedictorian at Bloomfield Hills, Lahser High School, Class of 71. He was voted outstanding science student in the class of 71. He owns Calvin H.
