L.D. Jackson earned an associate in art at Missouri Southern State College. She is an Artist at Jackson Artistry. She focuses on painting, portraits, themes, and designs. Ms. Jackson taught Art to 10 children who were homeschooled for 2 semesters. Ms. Jackson was injured with a concussion and was told to take art and to take pictures of old barns, and architectural old houses and draw them. She did a paper on a child who had difficulty in math to take art to improve their math, it stimulates areas of the brain. She is a member of the Psychology Club, Baptist Student Union, and the Missouri Southern Art Club. In her free time, she enjoys the countryside and her dog.

Jane Penelope Johnson was born on July 1, 1940, in Danville, Kentucky. She is a graduate of the Famous Writers School, Westport, CT in 1967, The Newspaper Institute of America in New York, the Denis Waitley School of Dynamic Winning in 1969, and the American Association of Christian Counselors in 2001. Penny Johnson (Pen Name) is a Free-Lance Writer/ Poet and Song Lyricist (Patriot and Gospel songs). She was named the Most Admired Woman of the Decade, International Woman of the Year in Cambridge, England, and Woman of the Year. She has 30 Editor’s Choice Awards and is listed in International Who’s Who of Intellectuals, America’s Registry of Outstanding Professionals, Who’s Who in the World, and received the American Medal of Honor for Outstanding Contributions to the Arts and Poetry, 2002-03. Dr. Johnson received an Outstanding Love Award from Meadowbrook Nursing Home. She was also named Poet of the Year in 2020. Ms. Johnson’s mentor is Dr. Norman Vincent Peale. She has a song release named “America” with Hilltop Records in 2005 and the song “Christmas Is” was written by Dr. Johnson on the Album “Glory of Christmas,” which was released in December 2008. She also has a poem “Our Lives Are But A Whisper” that was included in the International Who’s Who of Poets. Ms. Johnson has been included in the 500 Greatest Genius Laureates of the 21st Century. She is married to William Evan Johnson, Sr., and has two children, William Evan, Jr. and Robert Anthony, Dr. Johnson also has two grandchildren, April Michelle and Christian Robert.
