Dr. Courtney M. Preston graduated from Baylor University in 2005 with a Bachelor of Science degree with a Major in Biology and Minors in Chemistry and Medical Humanities. She earned her M.D. from the University of Texas Health Science Center-Houston in 2009. Dr. Preston began her Internship in Medicine and Pediatrics at The University of Texas Health Science Center-Houston. This was followed by a Neurology Residency and Fellowship trained in Neurophysiology and Neuromuscular medicine, she completed her training in June 2014. After her training, she was with Patient-Centered Neurology in the Memorial City area of Houston, while there she evaluated and treated patients for strokes, seizures, Parkinson’s disease, tremors, headaches, peripheral neuropathy, and a multitude of other neurological disorders. She has been honored with the title of Top Doctors and was one of the Favorite Residents Teachers. Dr. Preston is affiliated with Memorial Hermann Greater Heights Hospital, Memorial Hermann Memorial City Hospital, and Memorial Hermann Southwest Hospital.

Dr. Alexandra E. Hovaguimian earned her M.D. from George Washington University School of Medicine in 2006, her Residency in Neurology and Fellowship in Neurophysiology at Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center. Dr. Hovaguimian is a neurologist at Harvard Faculty Medical Practice. She is also an assistant professor of Neurology at Harvard Medical School. She identifies & treats neurological conditions, which come from abnormalities in the central and peripheral nervous systems. Her focus areas include headache and autonomic disorders. Dr. Hovaguimian has received a Compassionate Doctor Recognition in 2015/2016 and several teaching awards. She is affiliated with Harvard Practice Medical Practice/ Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center and is the Harvard Medical School Neurology Clerkship Director.

Clinton O, Gowan Jr. graduated from the University of Houston with a bachelor’s degree, while completing his requirements sheet metal journeyman then general superintendent. Both of these led me to become a one-third owner with my father and brother of Gowan sheet metal. I became an officer in the local Contractors. That led me to become the National (SMACNA) President after serving as chairman of committees. For twelve years I was a trustee of the sheet metal national pension fund Ten of them as co-chairmen, and while serving I was designated as the trustee to resolve their legal problems. My next major opportunity to serve was when I agreed to become the Management representative working with the GP of the union as we led our organizations to become the parties to the lawsuit against the asbestos industry which ended up with the 30 Billion settlement fund. Our job included setting up the distribution process. As a surprise to me, I was honored by Steve Forbes at a February 1987 national banquet as a finalist in one of his publications as Man of the Year.

He currently serves as Medical Director at the University City Urgent Care at 204 Highway 12 East, in Starkville, MS.
