Glenda M. Whitaker earned a Masters in Elementary Education at Trinity and a Bachelor’s at Wiley College and has attended Shenandoah. She is a retired Elementary Teacher from D.C. Public School. She spent 15 years a Director of the Shiloh Baptist Church Debutante program and taught Kids Music Choir at Church and at 33 Public Schools and 12 Christian Schools. She taught vocal music, songs and how to read music. Ms. Whitaker plays piano at Georgia Ave. Baptist Church. She is a Leader of the Debutant Program. In her free time she enjoys anything with music, and spending time with family especially her 13 Grandchildren and 7 Great Grandchildren.
