Carol Best Hillman earned her Ph.D. from the University of North Texas and a master’s from Tarleton State University. Dr. Carol Best Hillman is a retired educator. She started in High School at Carleton – Farmers Branch ISD. She also taught Middle School before returning to High School in Grapevine Colleyville. She finished up her career teaching at the University of North Texas. Dr. Hillman is very involved in Christ Church Plano and helps out with a Chi Omega Christmas market charity event. She is also the President of the Chi Omega Alumni of Dallas. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with family, and friends and traveling.

Dr. Kaur is the Founder of the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit at Lancaster General Hospital, Lancaster PA where she has been since 1984. She Is currently Chief Emeritus of Neonatology and teaches medical residents. In 2002 she was honored by the dedication of the division as “Manjeet Kaur MD Division of Neonatology “. In 2016 she received the “Henry Wentz award “for outstanding contribution to LGH Graduate medical education and the Lancaster community in 2017 an annual scholarship was established “Manjeet Kaur NICU Scholarship “to honor her vital contributions to Neonatology and the community Dr. Kaur recently published a book entitled “My Garden of Flowers – Miracles in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit” written for families of critically ill babies. It has received raving reviews and has won the Nautilus Book Award and was a finalist for the Indie Book Award. In April 2022, Dr. Kaur was inducted into the elite ‘Societas Generalis ‘of the Lancaster Foundation and received the award for Excellence in Medicine She is a member of the American Board of Pediatrics Fellow of the Royal College of Physicians and a diplomate in Neonatal and Perinatal Medicine. Dr. Kaur’s husband is a Cardiologist, and her two sons are also physicians. She is the president of Vision of Hope. a charitable organization.
