Paul Louis Suhr earned a B.A. in Mechanical-Electrical Engineering at the General Motors Institute, in 1980. He is a Sr. Project Engineer at General Motors/Delphi Automotive. He worked as an Engineering Manager at American Recycling & Manufacturing for 3 years, till 2011. He has been retired since early 2008, after 33 years at GM. Paul is a former member of the Mechanical Engineers Society. In his free time, he enjoys youth football, coaching little league, and he currently is a season ticket holder for the Las Vegas Raiders.

She is CEO of Youth Ability Inc./Parents in Training Inc. and works with homeless youth and recovery, foster care and adopted care. Rose runs a non-profit thrift store, with training sessions for youth teaching them work ethic, resumes and to be independent. At Parents in Training Resource Center, she teaches parenting classes to get children back from foster care, court issues, classes, youth mental health, crisis intervention, economics, saving, cooking, and artwork.
