Alan J. Wilensky has been honored by the Global Directory of Who’s Who

Alan J. Wilensky earned an A.B. from Woodrow Wilson School, and a J.D. at Yale Law School. Alan Wilensky served as the Deputy and Acting Tax Secretary under George H.W. Bush and is a practicing lawyer based out of Minneapolis MN. While in his leadership at the tax department, he drafted new legislation and policies that were cleaner and less cumbersome than they are now and then they had been for decades before. He is well versed in the ins and outs of Washington and understands what it takes to create a tax code and economics plan that works for everyone. His graduating class at Yale included many prominent citizens including both Hillary and Bill Clinton. He has been a partner in several international law firms. He is the Acting and Deputy Assistant Secretary for Tax Policy, with the United States Treasury Department.
