Greenlawn, New York- Dr. Gaither Smith completed his residency at Westchester Medical Center, his M.D. from NY Medical College and completed his undergraduate at Southern New Hampshire University. He earned a Master of Science in Education at Hofstra University and an Associate Arts and Sciences degree in Fire & Rescue Technology from Northern Virginia Community College, at Annandale VA. He received a Bachelor’s Degree in Forensic Psychology from Southern New Hampshire University.
He is a Physician at Mount Sinai Medical Group. Dr. Smith specializes in Internal Medicine and Emergency Medicine. He is a member of the National Scholars Association, The National Association of Emergency Medical Technicians, and The National Society of Leadership and Success. He is Chairperson of the National Emergency Medical Association. Dr. Smith is also Supervisor of E.M.S City Of New York City. He is Certified by the New York City Department of Health and Mental Hygiene, 3C Mental Health, Equity, and Resilience Therapist and has been honored by The Nation Preeminent Collegiate Society.
In his free time, he is a Life Coach Instructor and enjoys golf, cooking, chess, fencing and loves to travel.

Dacula, Georgia- Parker G. Barnett DC earned his B.S. in BSFR Wildlife Biology at the University of Georgia. Athens, GA, in 2008 and his D.C. at Life University Marietta, GA, in 2016.
Dr. Parker Barnett and his family have lived in Northeast Georgia since 2003. He graduated from the University of Georgia with his bachelor’s and master’s degrees, after which he worked as a biologist in the greater Atlanta and Northeast Georgia areas. He is a member of the American Chiropractic Association, the Georgia Academy of Excellence, Georgia Chiropractic Association and Council on Extremity Adjusting.
Dr. Barnett has appreciated the benefits of chiropractic since his teenage years, however, when it became one of the most vital components of, he and his wife overcoming significant health challenges, it created a pull towards the profession. He wanted to help others in the way he and his family have been helped and graduated Magna Cum Laude from Life University with his Doctor of Chiropractic.
He and his wife Tammie, along with their 4 boys and their 2 girls. They are excited to be serving the Hamilton Mill community and surrounding areas. In his free time, he enjoys spending quality time with his family.

She worked in the clinical laboratory for a short time and found that her true desire was to work in research and development. She found a position with a private enterprise that was developing instrumentation for the clinical and research laboratories. While doing this ground breaking work the company applied for four United States patents; Patti had the privilege to be named on four US patents The group consisted of Barry O. Stokes, PhD, scientist; Gary Bradshaw, software engineer; Mike Barlow, electronic tech; Mike Farr, service and Patti A Nelson, Medical Technologist.

With this experience Patti was able to use this information gained from the clinical and research laboratory to instruct sales reps and customers how to sale, teach and trouble shoot the instruments.
The small company (Wescor, Inc) that Patti started with was acquired by (ELITechGroup Inc) a conglomerated; as a result Patti would train sales representatives that would travel to the local facility and was sent to several international areas to visit customers and train the local area sale representatives. Because of her experience with the instruments Patti would help troubleshoot some of the more difficult user issues.
The instruments help with consistent results; they minus out the variable of personal preferences from one laboratory to laboratory.
This work is needed to help improve the healthcare and lives of people to maintain their health and prosper both physically and mentally.
In her spare time Patti and her husband spend time with their family, work on their greenhouse and raise alfalfa.

Crowell strives to meet her patients’ ever-changing needs through medical, surgical and cosmetic care at her two offices located at 7800 S.W. 87th Ave, Suite C300, Miami and 2800 Ponce DE Leon Blvd,Suite140, Coral Gables. Her practice includes a wide assortment of treatment options, including lasers, phototherapy, Mohs surgery, radiation, and aesthetic services. However, more than the tools at her disposal, Dr. Crowell seeks to understand her patients’ needs first and is proud to treat patients no matter their age or how they identify.
However, before pursuing medicine, Dr. Crowell’s first career was in education. After graduating Magna Cum Laude from Boston University, she taught and directed at Nature’s Classroom in New England. She then received her M.D. degree from the University of Miami School of Medicine, where she was inducted into the Alpha Omega Alpha Honors Society. She completed her training with an Internal Medicine internship at Stanford University Hospital and a residency in Dermatology at the University of Pittsburgh. She joined Skin & Cancer Associates in 1999. Over the years, she has continued nurturing her love of teaching as an Adjunct Professor at Barry University’s Physician Assistant program, and for 20 years as a Clinical Attending at the University of Miami Department of Dermatology and Cutaneous Surgery. Today, she continues to serve as a mentor to many.
Dr. Crowell is respected and well-liked by patients and colleagues, having received many awards throughout her years in dermatology. Most recently, the Miami Award Program selected Dr. Crowell, MD for the 2023 Miami Awards in the Physicians classification. Dr. Crowell is a Diplomate of the American Academy of Dermatology, a Fellow of the American Society of Dermatologic Surgery, a member of the University of Miami’s Iron Arrow Honor Society and a member of the American Academy of Dermatology. She has served as secretary, treasurer, Vice President and President of the Miami Society for Dermatology and Dermatologic Surgery. In her spare time, Dr. Crowell also enjoys reading, travelling, and, most of all, ballroom dancing.
