Dr. Judith S. Bensinger Recognized for Exemplary Medical Career and Contributions by Global Who’s Who

She earned a B.A. in Biochemistry from Northwestern University in 1963 and obtained her Medical Degree from Northwest University in Illinois in 1968. Throughout her career, Dr. Bensinger has demonstrated unwavering dedication and commitment to the well-being of her patients.

Dr. Bensinger’s expertise and specialization in eating disorders led her to establish a private practice at North Shore Medical Services for Adolescents. There, she provided compassionate care and comprehensive treatment to individuals struggling with eating disorders, making a profound impact on their lives.

In addition to her private practice, Dr. Bensinger opened the Goodwill Industries primary care clinic in Springfield, Illinois. Her commitment to serving the community and expanding access to quality healthcare has made a lasting difference in the lives of many.

Furthermore, Dr. Bensinger’s pioneering efforts as a physician extended to training the first nurse practitioners in a federal program from the state of Illinois. She became an Occupational Medical Physician for NIH and Nasa Space Center.

Dr. Bensinger has been named as ’10 Outstanding Women in America’ which she received at the White House under President Ford and received an award from Operation Push. She received the Marshall Bynum Award for Humanitarian Vision. She is Past President of the Junior Governing Board for the Chicago Symphony.

Her husband Peter Bensinger is the Head of Administration of the DEA. They have 4 children and 5 grandchildren. In her free time, she enjoys skiing, tennis, golf, and water sports.

San Ramon, California- Dr. Mary Ramie Hinckley MD, REI, attended Stanford University as a Human Biology major, then received her medical training at Vanderbilt University School of Medicine. She did her OB/GYN residency at Stanford University Hospital and Clinics, where she also she completed a Fellowship in Reproductive Endocrinology & Infertility.

Dr. Hinckley is the IVF Medical Director at Reproductive Science Center in San Ramon, California. She is board certified in Reproductive Endocrinology. She has extensively published articles in peer-reviewed journals on blastocyst transfer, monozygotic twinning, operative hysteroscopy, correction of uterine anomalies, and biochemical pathways involved in ovulation and fertilization. More recent publications have centered around machine learning and artificial intelligence in IVF as well as pollution’s effect on sperm. Her areas of interest include the emotional aspects of IVF, the ethics of embryo testing, tubal surgery, and egg freezing. 

Dr. Hinckley is also involved in clinical and laboratory studies. Her primary goal is to journey with patients , helping them cope with and overcome infertility while not losing who they are in the process. She is on the Healthgrades honor roll. Dr. Hinckley is a member of the Society for Reproductive Endocrinologists, the Christian Medical and Dental Society, and the American Society for Reproductive Medicine.

She is a Fellow of the American Academy of Pediatrics and is Board Certified in Pediatric Pulmonary Medicine and Board Certified in Pediatrics by the American Board of Pediatrics.

She is the co-PI of the CFF-funded Research and Development Program at Nationwide Children’s and the Ohio State University. She manages patients with Cystic Fibrosis and Pediatric Asthma and her research interest revolves around clinical outcomes and trials in Cystic Fibrosis and Asthma.
