He later completed his undergraduate studies at Mount Vernon Nazarene University in 2018, graduating with honors and earning a Bachelor of Science degree.
Dr. Bolyard went on to earn his Doctor of Optometry degree from the Kentucky College of Optometry in 2022, graduating with honors. As a graduating student, he was selected to receive the prestigious VSP Global Private Practice Award. This recognition is presented to a student who exemplifies academic excellence, superior clinical and patient care skills, leadership qualities, and a strong commitment to private practice optometry.
Beyond his clinical training, Dr. Bolyard has demonstrated a passion for professional development and education. Outside of his professional responsibilities, Dr. Bolyard values time with his family. He is married to his wife, Jayna, and together they have a young daughter, Joan. In his free time, he enjoys fishing, golfing, and reading.
