Dr. Albert Tse was born in New York, he earned his M.D. at SUNY Downstate Medical Center College of Medicine in 1995 he completed his Internship in 1996 and Residency in 1999 at Winthrop Hospital. Dr. Tse is a physician at New Winthrop Internal Medicine Associates Hospital, located at 222 Station Plaza N, Suite 310 in Mineola, New York. He is Board Certified in Internal Medicine.
