He focuses his practice on Business & Commercial Law, Workers’ Compensation Law, Construction Accidents, Personal Injury, Motor Vehicle Accidents, Premises Liability, and Wrongful Death, 75% of his practice is devoted to litigation.
He earned the honor of Top Lawyer in 2018 from the Global Who’s Who and was honored in Rising Stars. Mr. Klein is the author of “English for Day Laborers and Construction Workers”. His Father is Lawrence Klein, a pioneer in the field of Worker’s Compensation, and his sister, Susan Klein, is a Partner in the company.
