Malcolm Hutton received a High National Diploma from a College in England, and has an Unlimited General Contractors License, Sigma 6. He is a Construction Project Manager at WMSA, Work Management System Analysis. He specializes in assessments of each Division, Engineering, Manufacturing, Fabrication, Installation, Planning, and System Analysis Reports. He has 35 years’ experience in the industry. Malcolm has saved his clients millions of dollars by being hands on with projects through implementation. He was a site Construction Manager for Power Plants in Argentina, and focused on Office Buildings, Warehouses, Workshops, Carolina Power and Light, News Records.
