Lauri Yancey earned a B.S. in Marketing at Indiana University, Kelley’s School of Business. She is the President and Founder of Your HR Solution. She has been in essential health for 18 1/2 years and Human Resources for 25 years. Lauri helps small to mid-size businesses that don’t have an HR Dept. She handles employee policies, attendance, sexual harassment, workplace violence, recruiting, standard operating procedures, referral, questions, non-discipline diversity, inclusion, employee engagement, retention strategies, cultural differences, company buyouts, and logos that change. Lauri is a member of the Society for Human Resources. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family, and twin daughters, traveling, cooking, playing guitar, and being an animal lover.
