Carol Best Hillman earned her Ph.D. from the University of North Texas and a master’s from Tarleton State University. Dr. Carol Best Hillman is a retired educator. She started in the High School at Carleton – Farmers Branch ISD. She also taught Middle School before returning to High School in Grapevine Colleyville. She finished up her career teaching at the University of North Texas. Dr. Hillman is very involved in Christ Church Plano and helps out with a Chi Omega Christmas market charity event. She is also the President of the Chi Omega Alumni of Dallas. In her free time she enjoys spending time with family, friends and travel.
