O’Neal W. Koger, Jr. M.D., FAAD earned his M.D. at Howard University, magna cum laude in 1984. Koger Dermatology is a combined medical and cosmetic dermatology practice. Dr. Koger provides services for each individual patient. On the medical side, he can diagnose and treat skin cancer, warts and acne.
