Dr. Dora A. Lebron earned her M.D. at Universidad Autonoma de Guadalajara School of Medicine and obtained a Fifth Pathway Certification from New York Medical College. She completed her residency in Internal Medicine from Universidad Central del Caribe School of Medicine and a fellowship in Infectious Diseases at Brody School of Medicine/East Carolina University. Dr. Lebron is a specialist in Infectious Diseases and Internal Medicine at East Carolina University/Vidant Medical Center. She has experience with multiple infectious diseases including HIV, has published papers on Hepatitis C infection, endocarditis, HIV pre-exposure prophylaxis and won the World AIDS Day 2018 Learning for Life Leadership Award.
