Dr. Sabrina Islam, MD, MPH earned her medical degree at SUNY Downstate Medical Center and her master of public health from Johns Hopkins University. She completed her Internal Medicine Residency and Cardiology Fellowship at Drexel University College of Medicine. Dr. Islam is an Assistant Professor of Medicine in the Section of Cardiology at the Lewis Katz School of Medicine at Temple University. Her clinical interests includes preventative cardiology, echocardiography and nuclear cardiology. Dr. Islam was inducted into the Phi Beta Kappa, and Golden Key Honor Society. She has published peer-reviewed journal articles and book chapter to her credit. Dr. Islam is a Fellow of the American Society of Echocardiography, the American College of Cardiology and the American Heart Association.
