Terrance L. Baker MD, MS, FAAEP, earned his M.D. at George Washington School of Medicine, his M.S. and B.S. at Johns Hopkins University. He is Founder and Owner at Sollay Inc., located at 3700 Koppers Street, Suite 100, in Baltimore, Maryland. Dr. Baker is Board Certified in Family, Emergency, Geriatric and Forensic Medicine. He has a 100+ lectures nationally and internationally and has written and lectured extensively on medical practice issues including the use of photo therapy as a curative treatment of medical conditions and about clinical applications of medical lasers. Dr. Baker is a peer reviewer and forensic medical expert throughout the United States. He is a Certified Medical Director by the American Medical Directors Association and on the Board of Directors for National Organizations. Dr. Baker is a Fellow of the American Academy of Emergency Physicians, President of the North American Association for Light Therapy, Clinical Preceptor at the University of Maryland School of Nursing and a member of the American Association of Physician Specialist.
